Delete your DateDerech account

DateDerech is operated by Parallel Ventures LLC. You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the app.

Delete it in the app

Open DateDerech and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes, from our database:

Your profile, preferences, and settings
Your planned dates, checklists, and private checklist notes
Partner links and shared-calendar data
Hearted venues and saved or submitted itineraries
Your venue ratings and comments
Your sign-in credentials, and all active login sessions

What we keep

Venue issue reports you submitted are kept so we can track what was reported and fixed, but they are disconnected from your account when it is deleted.
Crash and error logs held by our monitoring provider are kept for up to 90 days and are not tied to your identity.
A vendor directory listing is a business listing, not part of your personal account. To remove a listing or its photos, email us.

Can’t get into the app?

Email support@datederech.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.

To keep your account safe, we confirm the request is really from you before deleting anything: we reply to the address on your account, and once you confirm, we delete it and let you know it is done. We do not act on requests we cannot verify.
